The experience

  1. Arriving

Tea, soothing sounds, a smile at the door. Find a seat and settle in.

  2. Group mantra singing with live music

Simple melodies sung by the band and repeated by everyone — also known as Satsang or Kirtan. You can sing along or simply listen. Both are perfectly fine.

  3. Guided meditation

You are guided step by step into stillness. Easy to follow, whether you have never meditated or you practice regularly.

  4. How sound and breath calm your nervous system

Practical insights for more serenity and joy in everyday life — concrete, effective, and easy to use in a normal week.

  5. Closing

Time afterwards for tea, vegetarian snacks, and conversation. You leave with a clear head and recharged batteries.

About Swami Divyatej

Swami Divyatej seated during a gathering

Swami Divyatej grew up in the foothills of the Himalayas. He studied mechanical engineering and began a corporate career, and started his journey on the spiritual path by learning the SKY Breath Meditation program offered by the Art of Living.

After meeting Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Rishikesh in 1997, he chose this path fully. He became an Art of Living teacher in 1998 and, from 2001, has travelled to share these practices — from tribal communities to corporate stress-relief programmes, and across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hungary, and Estonia.

His teaching is rooted in compassion, service, and a life that has already made the turn toward inner peace.

Come as you are
